Bespoke training
Train your people on your own dates and in your own context, from a private run of a standard module to a track built for you
Training that adapts to your organisation
Organisations differ in size, maturity, regulatory exposure and culture. We adapt emphasis, examples and delivery to fit; the capability being trained, and the standard it is assessed to, stay fixed.
The approach
Adaptation stops at the assessed capability
Standard courses are efficient, but they are not always sufficient. Organisations differ in size, maturity, regulatory exposure, culture and available resources. Bespoke formats build on proven content while adapting depth, focus and delivery to your specific context.
Three things stay fixed however far the adaptation goes: the capabilities a module trains, the assessed exercises that prove them, and the certificate they earn. Everything around them is adjustable, from which clauses carry the emphasis to whose processes appear in the examples and how the sessions sit against your own dates.
That is also the honest limit: if what you need is a two-hour awareness briefing with no assessment, we are the wrong supplier, and we will say so in the first conversation.
Available formats
Choose the format that fits
Ordered by how much adaptation they carry. Most organisations start at the first format and move on only where there is a reason to.
In-house delivery of a standard module
A published module, delivered privately for your people
Content, structure and learning objectives stay those of the standard module, while examples and discussion draw on your organisation.
Suitable when
multiple participants share the same organisational context.
confidentiality or internal examples are important.
interactive discussion benefits from a shared environment.
Available for every module on your own dates, including modules with no public run scheduled.
Adaptation of an existing module
The same module, selectively reshaped to your needs
Emphasis, examples, depth and pace are adjusted to your standard, your sector and the profile of the group. This balances efficiency with relevance, and is often the fastest way to high learning impact.
Suitable when
certain clauses, controls or processes need more weight.
the module should align with your existing management system structure.
participants differ widely in experience and need an adjusted depth and pace.
A module developed from scratch
Where existing content is not sufficient, a new module is designed from the ground up
Developed in close collaboration, with clear learning objectives, structure and practical outcomes, against the same framework as every published module.
Suitable when
the topic is highly specific or unique to your organisation.
internal frameworks or methodologies must be reflected.
training is tightly integrated with ongoing projects or initiatives.
A customised track
Several modules, standard or adapted, combined into one tailored programme
Sequenced over time and aligned with milestones such as audits, internal rollouts or organisational changes.
Suitable when
different roles require different depth, from management to process owners to auditors.
multiple standards or topics need to be covered coherently.
training is part of a broader transformation or certification initiative.
Participants in an in-house run earn the same module certificates as public learners, assessed the same way, and each counts in full towards a professional track later.
Delivery
Match the mode to how you work
Whatever the format, the written module and its graded exercises stay the same; what changes is where the live part happens.
Live remote
Sessions spread over weeks, so the work happens between them rather than in one block.
On site
At your premises, where the exercises need documents, systems or people that do not travel.
Blended
Self-paced content first, then live sessions on the decisions that need a room.
Every mode focuses on applying the material to your organisation rather than covering the standard clause by clause.
Discuss your training needs
A short conversation to understand your situation, then a written proposal with a format and a price.
Start from the catalogue
If a published module already fits, an in-house run of it is the quickest route.
