Partnership programme

Bring case-based management-system training to your clients, learners or members, without building any of it yourself

4 modelsAlways starts with a pilot

The same module, the same standard, whoever teaches it

What travels with a partner is the whole thing: the case work, the assessment and the credential. A diluted version would cost us the only thing we sell.

Overview

The partnership takes the shape of your business

We work with training providers, consultancies, certification bodies, professional associations, business schools and corporate academies to put case-based management-system learning in front of people we would not otherwise reach.

A partner can introduce clients to us, carry our programmes in their own portfolio, deliver selected modules with their own authorised trainers, or build a module into a longer programme of their own. Most partnerships combine two of those.

What does not change is the substance: the case work, the assessed exercises and the credential are the same whoever teaches them. Pricing, contracting, branding and sequencing are matters for the agreement.

Models

You choose how much you take on

The models below run from the least involvement to the most, and they are not exclusive: a training provider may distribute and deliver, and a business school may integrate one module while referring its executive clients for the whole track.

01

Referral

Introduce organisations that could benefit from the programmes

Referral partners identify a learning need and introduce the client or the participant. Halderstone remains responsible for programme selection, contracting, enrolment and delivery. Arrangements may include a referral fee, academy credits or a benefit for the referred client, subject to the independence rules below.

Suitable for

Consultancies and independent advisers

Professional networks and associations

Halderstone alumni

Practitioners working alongside learning and development teams

02

Distribution

Carry the programmes in your own portfolio

Distribution partners promote selected modules and tracks in their own markets and client relationships. Enrolments are contracted either directly with Halderstone or through the partner as part of its own catalogue. We provide programme information, marketing material, enrolment support and platform access; the commercial basis may be commission, partner pricing or a revenue share.

Suitable for

Training providers

Academies run by consultancies or professional services firms

Certification bodies with separate training activities

Professional and industry associations

Regional education and distribution partners

03

Delivery

Run selected modules with your own trainers

Delivery partners teach selected modules themselves, once their trainers are authorised for those modules and those languages. The design, the case work, the exercises and the assessment are unchanged; what the partner brings is the cohort and the facilitation. Authorisation is granted for named modules rather than as a right to the portfolio.

Suitable for

Training providers with their own trainers

Consultancies running an academy of their own

Professional associations running cohorts for members

Corporate academies

04

Integrated learning

Build a module into a longer programme of your own

Integration partners place one or more modules inside a programme they own: an executive course, a professional qualification, an internal development path. The module keeps its own outcomes, its exercises and its credential, and everything around it belongs to the partner.

Suitable for

Higher education institutions and business schools

Corporate academies

Professional associations with a qualification of their own

What we provide

The agreement names who provides what

Depending on the model, some or all of the following.

Curriculum and cases

Structured curricula with defined learning outcomes

Applied cases and simulation-based exercises

Self-paced content on the academy platform

Ongoing content updates

Delivery and trainers

Material for live and blended delivery

Trainer onboarding and delivery guidance

Quality assurance and participant feedback

Assessment and administration

Assessment and evidence of completion

Participant administration and learning records

Programme and marketing information

Delivery quality

Authorisation is earned per module

Our modules are built for judgement, discussion and application rather than for reading slides aloud. A trainer who cannot argue with a participant about a treatment decision cannot teach them.

Authorised trainers therefore bring their own subject-matter experience and facilitation skill, and keep room to respond to the group, inside the module's defined outcomes and its assessment. Authorisation covers named modules and languages, never the portfolio as a whole.

Authorisation may include

Relevant professional experience and qualifications

Completion of the module they will teach

Module-specific trainer onboarding

Observation or co-delivery of a first cohort

Use of current Halderstone material and platform resources

Review of participant feedback

Periodic renewal of the authorisation

Independence

Impartiality shapes the commercial terms

We work in fields where impartiality is the product, and some commercial arrangements are ruled out by it.

We pay no referral compensation for a recommendation that arises from an impartial role. An audit, a certification decision, an independent assessment. If a recommendation could be read as bought, we do not buy it.

Certification bodies can partner with us, through governed training or distribution arrangements. Their own impartiality controls and the separation between certification, consultancy and training have to be respected, and we will ask how that separation works.

Practitioners who cannot accept a fee are welcome anyway. As contributors to case material, in the practitioner community, and through professional development.

If your professional obligations and our commercial model do not fit, we would rather establish that in the first conversation than in the second year.

Who we work with

Organisations that put learning to work

Market access, subject-matter expertise or educational capability, combined with a commitment to learning that is actually applied.

Training providers
Extend a portfolio with applied modules and structured tracks without developing every programme from the ground up.
Consultancies
Help clients build the capability to implement, operate and improve their management systems.
Certification bodies
Complement certification through appropriately separated training arrangements that preserve impartiality.
Higher education institutions
Bring applied governance, risk and management-system learning into executive, professional or academic programmes.
Professional associations
Give members structured development built around practical application.
Corporate academies
Use the content, the delivery and the platform inside an internal development programme.

How to start

Every partnership begins as a pilot

One programme or one cohort, agreed in advance. Exclusivity, territory and duration are settled after it has run.

  1. 01

    Explore fit

Your market, your learning portfolio, the participants you reach and what you want the partnership to do.

  2. 02

    Define the model

Which organisation is responsible for promotion, contracting, enrolment, platform access and delivery.

  3. 03

    Select programmes

The modules, tracks, delivery formats and languages suitable for a first collaboration.

  4. 04

    Prepare

Where delivery is involved, trainers complete onboarding; the commercial, operational, quality and brand terms are agreed.

  5. 05

    Run the pilot

One defined programme or cohort, reviewed together, and then a decision about how the partnership develops.

FAQ

Good to know

Can we include Halderstone modules in our own training catalogue?

Yes. Depending on the arrangement, modules can be presented as Halderstone programmes, as co-branded offerings or as components of a broader partner programme. Brand presentation and programme descriptions are agreed in advance.

Can our own trainers deliver the modules?

Potentially. Trainers must meet the relevant requirements and be authorised for the specific module and delivery language, and initial delivery may involve observation or co-delivery with us.

Can Halderstone deliver programmes that we sell?

Yes. A partner can focus on distribution and client relationships while we provide the trainers, the platform and the programme delivery.

Are white-label arrangements available?

Selective co-branded or integrated arrangements may be possible. Fully white-labelled delivery would be considered only where programme integrity, attribution, participant information and quality assurance can be maintained.

Can programmes be adapted to our market or institution?

Some contextualisation is possible, particularly for private cohorts and integrated programmes. Changes to learning outcomes, core cases, assessments or programme structure require prior agreement.

Do you offer territorial exclusivity?

Not normally as part of an initial partnership. Limited exclusivity may be considered where a partner makes a substantial and measurable commitment to developing a defined market.

How are partnership fees and revenue shares structured?

Commercial terms depend on the respective responsibilities, the delivery format, the programme volume and the use of the platform. They may include referral fees, sales commissions, partner pricing, delivery fees, licence fees or revenue-sharing arrangements.

Can auditors participate in the referral programme?

We pay no referral compensation for recommendations arising from third-party audits, certification activities or other assignments requiring impartial judgement. Alternative forms of professional engagement are available where they create no conflict of interest.

No obligation at this stage

Tell us who you are and what you would want to do with the programmes. We come back with a model, a pilot and the commercial basis, or with an honest reason why it would not work.
